Volunteers truly are the heart of our organization and we simply could not bring you OUTfest each year without the dedicated efforts of many, many people. Although OUTfest takes place from 4pm-midnight on August 18th, we need help in the days before and after OUTfest, as well as numerous volunteers from 11am on August 18th to 2am on August 19th. Some of the tasks we need help with include:

  • Event set-up and tear down
  • Stage/entertainment support
  • Trash management/removal
  • Entry gate  management
  • Volunteer check-in/out and management
  • …and many others!
